Join Us

We’re working to accelerate gender equality in business and beyond. And we’re looking for the best talent to join us on our mission.

Shape Talent partners with global organisations to build sustainable gender balance from top to bottom.

We take a multidisciplinary evidence-based approach to our work, with psychology at the centre. Through consulting, culture change and women’s development programmes we use this knowledge to effect change at both an individual and systemic level.

As a small but mighty, fast-growing organisation we are different to our bigger competitors. Having an engaged team really matters to us. We understand the importance of having a flexible working culture in EDI so we lead by example by offering a fully virtual organisation and giving you the flexibility to create the work-life integration that is right for you.

While immensely rewarding, driving true gender equity is challenging. So it’s important to us that we enjoy what we do and have fun doing it. Our impressive team is full of bright, supportive and inspiring people. Building gender balanced and inclusive cultures is a founding principle for our own organisation, allowing us to live and breathe the fundamental premise of our brand.

From time to time we look for individuals to join our growing team, either full/part-time (UK-based) or on an associate basis (either in the UK or further afield).

Get in touch if you:

  • Are passionate about gender equality in business
  • Are a chartered psychologist or behavioural scientist
  • Are an experienced and engaging facilitator
  • Have worked in/with major corporates and understand how to bring EDI to life in these settings
  • Are a BPS recognised coaching psychologist and/or ICF accredited coach (at least ACC or preferably PCC level, or equivalent from another accreditation body)
  • Have strong consulting experience in EDI and/or human capital consulting

We are also interested in hearing from suitably qualified individuals with these additional skills and experiences:

  • Doctoral level research experience in gender studies
  • Quantitative research expertise
  • In addition to English, business-level fluency in languages relevant to our client base - particularly European and Asian languages

Building inclusive cultures is essential to the work we do for our clients and we constantly strive to build this in our own team. As such we keenly welcome interest from those with intersectional experience. It is a fundamental premise of who we are here at Shape Talent.
